Woman Run Over By Own Car May Have Been Feeding Dog
Connellsville Police, Fayette County Coroner Investigating

CONNELLSVILLE, Pa. -- A 64-year-old Connellsville woman died after being trapped when her own car rolled onto her on Sunday afternoon, Fayette County Coroner Dr. Phillip Reilly said.Nancy Paduone got out of the car while it was still running in an alley on West Morton Avenue, and may have been trying to feed a dog, Reilly said."Out of the kindness of her heart, she stops daily to feed a stray dog, or a neighbor's dog," Reilly told WTAE Channel 4's news exchange partner, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
The car was still in gear and drifted forward onto the woman, pinning her beneath it, Reilly said.The cause of death was ruled as asphyxia.Police are still investigating.
