FAYETTE COUNTY, Pa. -- The Attorney General’s Office announced Friday that a Fayette County man was one of six alleged Internet predators arrested in Pennsylvania this week.Attorney General Tom Corbett said Robert William Lohr, 40, of Gibbon Glade, used an Internet chat room to contact an undercover agent posing as a 13-year-old girl. Lohr allegedly asked if the girl could send him nude pictures of herself, and if any man had ever showed her his penis.According to investigators, Lohr sent the girl a webcam video that showed a man masturbating, asked the girl if she would meet him and described the sex act he wanted to perform on her. Investigators also said he sent the girl a series of sexually explicit videos and pictures of nude women, some engaging in sex acts.
Lohr is charged with 10 counts of unlawful contact with a minor and two counts of criminal use of a computer, all of which are third-degree felonies. If convicted, Lohr could face up to seven years in prison and $15,000 in fines for each charge.
