PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Three Rivers Regatta is back again on the city's North Shore.

As usual, the two-day event on Thursday and Friday will feature powerboat races and fireworks, along with numerous interactive events and live entertainment.

The regatta, a staple of the city's annual Fourth of July celebration, is usually held at Point State Park, but it was moved because of ongoing renovations. Last year, it was held along the Monongahela River at Station Square.

July 3

Jet Ski, Wakeboard and Water Ski Shows - noon to 12:30 p.m.; 4:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.; 7 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

F1 ChampBoat Grand Prix Series - Media Rounds: 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.; Practice Rounds: 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Roberto Clemente Street Bash - 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Riverwalk Party Behind PNC Park - 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

July 4

Sailing Competition - 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

BMX Stunt Show on Clemente Bridge - 1 p.m.; 3 p.m.; 5 p.m.; 7:30 p.m.

Jet Ski, Wakeboard and Water Ski Shows - 1 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.; 3 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.; 7:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.

F1 ChampBoat Grand Prix - Practice: 2:15 p.m. to 3 p.m.; Time Trials: 3:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.; Heat Races: 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.; Opening Ceremonies: 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.; Finals: 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

National Act: Soul Asylum at Heinz Field - 8 p.m. to 9:25 p.m.
