PITTSBURGH -- Fourth of July reminders: All city, county, state and federal offices and courts will be closed for the holiday on Friday.Post offices, banks and liquor stores will be closed, too.There will be no regular mail delivery or collection, but Express Mail will be delivered.
Port Authority buses and trolleys will operate on the holiday schedule. Check the Port Authority Web site for specific route information.Garbage collection in the city is pushed back one day all week.
