PITTSBURGH -- There's only one candle on Pittsburgh's 250th birthday cake, but it's a big one.The Cathedral of Learning in Oakland was lit from top to bottom, with a multi-colored light projection Tuesday night.This beautiful project is thanks to French artist Lucette de Rugy.
Rugy is the artist who lit six downtown structures during last year's inaugural Festival of Lights.
