ROBINSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A car crashed into a tree and burst into flames early Sunday morning, killing two people in Robinson Township, Washington County.The Washington County Coroner's Office identified the deceased as Howard John Finger, 38, and Kimberly D. Hertzler, 39, both of Oakdale. Pending autopsies are to determine causes of death.Authorities said Finger was driving a 1989 Buick coupe along Valley Street about a quarter mile north of Hughley Lane in Robinson Township shortly after 3 a.m., when the vehicle somehow left the roadway.
Both Finger and Hertzler were pronounced dead at the scene. McDonald Borough police continue to investigate.
